The ceramic filter uses the capillary effect of the microporous ceramic filter plate to absorb the external pressure difference by absorbing the vacuum inside the filter plate. Under the action of the negative pressure, the material is adsorbed on the filter plate, and the liquid is in the vacuum differential pressure. Under the filter plate into the distribution head device discharge to the vacuum barrel and the original system for recycling, to achieve the purpose of liquid-solid separation.

The ceramic filter mainly consists of the rotor, distribution head, agitator, scraper, slurry tank, back flushing system, ultrasonic cleaning system, PLC operating system and electric control system. When the equipment is in operation, it is divided into four areas: suction area, drying area, discharge area and backwash area.
