How does the warranty work?

If the product is broken within 1 year against material defect and workmanship, we will not only guide you to fix the problems, but also give our compensation to you for the fault of us.

This warranty cover:
1. The new inflatable products are manufactured by Shantou Pocssi Plastic CO., LTD. against material defect and workmanship.
2. All new Blowers are warranted directly by the respective manufacturer. For blower trouble-shooting or warranty, please refer to the blower manufacturer manual included in box.

This warranty does NOT cover:
1. Normal color fading.
2. The customers use the inflatable products on a hard surface base (any surface other than grass), or without the using of a tarp which shall constitute improper usage, and result in any damage or defect.
3. Has not been used and maintained in accordance with the instructions.
