Description

This product is mainly designed and made for AC withstand voltage test, such as the cable of 35kv and 110kv, GIS of 35kv and 110kv, and 110kv/63000KVA total insulation of generator transformer. The separated inductor can satisfy the test requirement of high voltage and low current, and can also meet the demand of low voltage like cable of 10kv, it means it has wide range of application.

This device is consist of variable frequency control Power Supply, Excitation transformer, inductor and capacitance divider.

Technical specifications

1. rated voltage:

(1) 90 kv - AC withstand voltage test for 35 kV cable; working frequency: 30-300 Hz; The test voltage should not exceed 52 kV and the test time should be 60 minutes.

(2) 135 kV - - AC withstand voltage test for 110 kV cable; working frequency: 30-300 Hz; The test voltage should not exceed 128 kV and the test time should be 60 minutes.

(3) 135kV - - AC withstand voltage test for 35 kV GIS, switch; working frequency: 30-300 Hz, test voltage not exceeding 95 kV, test time 1 min;

(4) 270 kV - AC withstand voltage test for 110 kV GIS, switch; working frequency: 30-300 Hz, test voltage not exceeding 265 kV, test time 1 min;

(5) 180kV - AC withstand voltage test of 110kV/63000kVA main transformer with full insulation; working frequency: 45-65Hz, test voltage not exceeding 160 kV, test time 1 min;
