Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → granulating → single screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cooling →haul-off → coiler → finished product

• Double Screw Extruder

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → double screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cooling →haul-off → coiler → finished product

• Three Calender System

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → double screw extruder → extrusion mould → calender cooling → cutting strips→ coiler → finished product
