Poor contact in terminal wiringSuch faults occur as the frequency of equipment movement increases

after the PLC has been operating for a certain period of time. Due to wiring defects in the control

cabinet or increased vibration during use and mechanical life, the terminal or component terminals

are prone to looseness and cause poor contact.The troubleshooting method for this type of fault

is to use a multimeter to perform fault diagnosis and repair with the help of the control system

schematic or the PLC logic ladder diagram. For the wiring of some important peripheral terminals,

in order to ensure a reliable connection, it is generally treated by welding cold pressing or cold pressing pins.​
