Technical Data of Pipe Production Line

Extruder High efficient five section type screw and barrel, to ensure fast plasticizing & dispersion effcct. ABB inverter; Schneider electric elements; SIEMENS PLC with remote control Grvametirc material dosing sytem is applied to increase produced pipe quality, and also have benenifs of shorten start-up time, and save raw material.

Die Head Spiral Pressure storage die head effectively overcomes the instantaneous fluctuation of extrusion pressure, realizing high speed pipe extrusion with stable pressure. High quality mould steel 40Cr; processed by CNC machine with higher precision.

Vaccum Tank & Cooling Tank vacuum and calibrating system is futher optimized based on our previous high speed pipe extrusion line technology; with better structure calibrating and cooling become more effective. high quality SS304; special surface teatment without problem of flaking paint.

Haul-off Machine Driven by servo motor with good stability, and speed chaning responding quite fast low noise and less maintenance cost

Winding Machine Fully auto reel changing, pipe cutting for winding machine; with servo type traversing device Auto strapping packaging device with auto discharging function are quoted as an operation Pipe accumulator is equipped to ensure auto reel changing Separate PLC control system
