JWG-RTP line is mainly composed of :

• Inner tube extrusion
• Coating extrusion systems
• Multiple sets of winding machines

Adopt computerized centralized data control enables accurate control of the precise weight control of the inner tube, simultaneous traction control, automatic tube-lined coiling and automatic multi-station precise weight layer control in the process.

The perfoemances of RTP pipe :

1. RTP winding reinforced composite pipe is a new type of plastic ocmposite pipe that is resistant to high pressure, corrosion resistance and flexibility.
2. Uesd in petroleum, water supply and other high pressure transportation environment.
3. The inner layer : Corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant polyethylene pipe.
4. The middle layer : Reinforced winding layer.
5. The outer layer : Is a protective polyethylene layer.
6. The working pressure of the aramid fiber-reinforced RTP tube can be as high as 9-14 Mpa, the burst pressure can be as high as 40 Mpa.

Other Pipe Line Assisting Parts :

• Screw and barrel : Use China’s best screw brand established in 1978 which has 40 years professional experience in production of screw barrels. An effective guarantee of product quality. Offer single-screw, twin-screw barrels also has special customized designs.
• Online Pipe Weight Metering And Monitoring System : Gravity metering equipment is used in the extrusion process which can save raw material consumption to the greatest extent and reduce boot waste. The control accuracy is less than ± 0.3%.
• Pipe Socketing Machine : This machine can be used for the belling of PVC/PP solid wall pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe. The belling mould adopts hydraulic driving. The range is Φ20-Φ800.
• Mixers : Adopts PLC control. It is mainly applied to the process of ingredients, mixing, coloring, drying and devolatilization of various resins such as polyvinyl chloride.
• Crusher : Shredding scraps during the production of reclaimed pipes and unconventional products produced during trial production. There are crushers with different uses and specifications to choose form.
