Nylon filter bag also operating on the principle of surface filtration, monofilament mesh filter bags are manufactured from mesh materials in which each strand is a single filament.The non-deformable filaments are woven in a specific, consistent pattern and fusion welded for extra strength. Monofilament meshes are structurally very strong and are available in nylon (STANDARD).

Filter bag ring: There are stainless steel ring, galvanized steel ring, polypropylene, PE plastic ring and polyester rope.

Filter bag making process: using imported equipment hot-melt welding process, all-welding process, such as plastic ring welding process,bottom seam welding and sewing process, such as seam, overlock, reverse seam, etc.
