If the gear unit is operated above the rated condition or in the environment above 40 °C for a long time, please check the deterioration of the grease to determine the replacement time.

The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while paid service is available

• The gear reducer is not used based on given conditions
• Foreign objects enter into the gear reducer
• The specification of the lubrication and supporting material used does not meet with given conditions
• Disassemble or reassemble the gear reducer without authorization
