Description:

• This is top loading case packer for non-round bottles. Bottles will be conveyed to the conveyor and moved forward with guidance of product diverter to lane-divided alignment line, when they reach the ready-for-dropping mechanism and meanwhile the pre-made cases reach exactly under the aforesaid mechanism, the case will be uplifted and the bottles will "soft drop" to the case with the help of grid finger, which will then drop down touching the conveyor and move forward. Bottles and cases continue to move in their own way and begin the next cycle.
• With compact footprint, convenient operation, clear sight of product conveying and packing process, and easy identification of malfunction, this machine is suitable for all kinds of non-round bottles.

Bottles are separated to multi channel at conveyor, and then group by bottle separate fracture evenly. Bottle are grouped , then drop to cardboard via bottle drop fracture. At drop fracture with bottle and cardboard fall procedure, via one group of form block board, then card board fold to carton form.
