Automatic side load wrap around case / carton packer

According to the model capacity case packers product grouping can be carried out by a pneumatically operated collating gate or by continuous motion combs pulled by servo-driven chains. Both systems guarantee optimal product backpressure control and very fast changeover.

Description of Wrap Around Case Packer Machine:

• One piece case blank wrap around, a 3-in-1 machine (case erector+case packer+case sealer);
• Replace the traditional tape seal to hot melt glue seal to realize attractive appearance, reuse of the cases and environment friendly;
• Wide application in drinks, dairy, seasoning, cooking oil, lubricate oil, chemical and other industry.
• Suitable for Tetrapck, milk can, PET bottles, PP bottles, irregular plastic bottles, ring-pull can, aluminum can, etc;

Main structures of Automatic Case Packer Machine:

• pack blockage mechanism, pack diverter, infeeding conveyor, product grouping, carton magazine, carton suction, carton pushing-in, glue spray&case forming, outfeeding, hot melt glue machine and control cabinet.

1. Installation
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production and at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is around 15-25 days.

2. Training
Our company offers technology training to customer. The content of training covers structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Training will be arranged in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.

3. Quality guarantee
