Introduction

The rain cover of the conveyor is mostly made of color steel plate. The color steel plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate as the basic material. After degreasing, phosphating and chromate treatment, the heat of the front and the back is carried out under the protection of nitrogen. Zinc-plated, then apply a chemical conversion film that is easy to adhere to the primer, then apply an epoxy primer, and finally apply a chemical-resistant color finish. Such a color steel rain cover has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed.
