1. Features:

The machine uses the cantilever cable twister, with the take-up tension = pay-off tension + wire resistance, free of traction; with the motor + ball screw to drive the take-up drum to make wire arrangement; the gap is controlled by the computer. The equipment is specially featured in quick speed, less take-up tension, stable twist gap and high twisting quality.

2. Purpose:

The machine suits for various power cables and electric cables, type 5, 6 and 7data cables, communication cables and other special high speed cables; by using this machine, it can simultaneously finish the center packing belt and side packing belt.

1) The packing direction “S” or “Z” can be changed randomly;

2) Rotating disc of belt: Diameter of disc 300mm; width: 10mm～50mm and hole diameter: 50mm

3) To brake by the braking motor.
