GKH series siphonic centrifuge is a new type machine with a unique principle of separation, which breaks through the separation principle of the general separator. In order to speed up filtering , it makes use of the dual effects of centrifugal force and siphonic force to enhance the filtering thrust, shorten separating time, and so extremely enhance the throughput and lower the moisture in residue.

In addition to the solid-liquid separation of the middle fine particles, it is especially suitable for the soild-liquid separation of the small particle, low concentration, high viscosity , a slower rate of filtering, high processing and requirements for a good washing effect.

Features

The scraper centrifuge can be switched between automatic and manual operation, so it can realize the periodic cyclic operation of feeding, dehydration, washing and discharging of the feed material.

Compared with common scraper centrifuge, the sophonic scraper centrifuge has siphonic force like vacuum, so it has better production capacity and separation effect. Especially, it is suitable for the feed material which has small solids, high viscosity, slow filtration and that needs to wash the filter cake.

Commonly the material can be 0Cr19Ni9,321,316L,TA2,C276 and duplex steel.

3 ) Use advanced programmable logic controller (PC) to control electric control, it’s has many advantages such as movements are accurate and reliable, small size, easy adjustment and maintenance, high efficiency and long life.

4 ) Several interlock control devices highly improve the security of the machine.

5 ) Floating platform and shock absorber need to be installed to the bottom of the centrifuge to reduce damages of vibration to the plant and equipment.
