Operation Sequence:

1. Open pulp, determine the root canal length with hand use C file #10, #15.
2. If it couldn’t reach the WL, open the 1/3 upper root canal to 1/3 middle root canal with starter(if it could reach the WL, please use stainless steel C file #10 and #15 to the working length and flush.)
3. #10/.04 ready to WL,flushing.
4. #15/.05 ready to WL,flushing.
5. #20/.06 ready to WL,flushing.
6. #25/.06 ready to WL,flushing.
