Tungsten carbide roll ring characteristics
1. Contains a microscopic hard spots, have a high resistance to
abrasion

Introduction
Tungsten Carbide Rolls/Rings is widely used as seal faces with
resistant-wearing, high fractural strength, high
thermalconductivity, small heat expansion co-efficient. It is the
best material to resist heat and fracture in all hard face
materials.
Carbide rolls are widely used in metal forming, especially in hot rolling industry mainly for intermediate and last finishing stands to ensuring superior surface finish and dimensional stability of processed metal products. Rolls are also commonly used for wire flattening, de-scaling and straightening applications.
