1. Before starting the machine, fill the oil according to the equipment lubrication chart, check whether the handles are placed in the specified position, and the operating mechanism should be flexible and reliable. Check the oil level and start the oil pump to check if the oil circuit is clear.

2. Manually lift the workbench, adjust the limit switch, and stop the block. Select the low gear, small feed, and start the main motor. After idling for 10 minutes, operate the automatic or manual feed.

3. The workpiece must be firmly clamped on the workbench. When the through hole is drilled, the block must be placed under the workpiece. The drill must not be stopped before it exits the workpiece.

4. The workpiece spindle shifting and changing feed rate must be stopped. When drilling the through hole on the casting, the drill bit must be lifted frequently to remove the iron filings, and the poor lubrication and abnormal conditions are found to stop in time.

5. Turn off the main motor when the machine is off, the machine's electric control main switch, and turn off the electric control cabinet air switch.
