Here is the new CZ purlin roll forming machine for foreign customer as below, this machine total has 25 rows roller, because it is about 15 meters long, so in order to load to container more easier, the machine need to assembled by two parts, the material thickness for the CZ purlin is 1.5-4.2mm.


Feeding table has 3 set roller to make the strip flattening, and the punch machine can punch any size hole at bottom or side of the product as customer’s request.


Main Features

1)Adjustability. We can adjust the size of web, flange and lip arbitrarily according to your need.

2) No limited cutter. We don’t need to change cutting blade when we change models. No burr and low noise.

3) Quick change model automatically, break the traditional method of loosing bolts and changing moulds.

4)The coaxial design. This design reduces the problems caused by off-axis on both sides of unequal height.

5)All the datas is adjustable and set up in PLC computer program (Delta or Mitsubishi)
