1 Machine Main introduction

(1) PLC touch screen control , including counting , speed , quantity display , skip paperboard , alarm all function .

(2) Adopt high quality raw material and component , all driving rollers all used high quality steel rollers , through power balance and many times grinding .

(3) Main driving gears adopt 40 Cr high precision grinding processing , gears precision is high and resistance is strength , smooth and reliable .

(4) Transmission bearing adopt high speed Haerbi bearing .

(9) Each unit of the whole machine is separated automatically or independently , electric walking , pneumatic locking , continuous ringing bell , warning when walking , to ensure the safety of the operator automatic brake , ensure the position cannot be moved .
