Description

The robot control system commands are accepted via the drive bus and status messages are sent to the robot controller.The communication is monitored using the Watchdog connector, in the event of a failure communication is initiated by short-circuit braking.

The KPS600 consists of:

1. Mains contactor
2. Power module with starter system
3. Ballast connection including a short-circuit braking relay electrical
4. Brake button (together for all 6 axes and separately for 2 axles additional)
5. DSE-IBS interface and servo machine
6. Battery charging connector, buffering voltage off,distribution of 24 V voltages
7. Monitoring of inter-mains
8. Turning off the fans (output), monitoring the fans (entrance)
9. Coupling into the safety system
10. Temperature monitoring
