Printing unit:

1. Printing roller and embossing roll adopts high-quality thick wall seamless steel pipe with surface grinding and hard chromium plating .

2. The anilox adopts the high-quality steel 200 mesh / 220 mesh with 173mm diameter from Jiangsu Haili, can make flexible printed version above 45 lines .

3. The rubber roller adopts the high quality wear resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant rubber with 175 mm diameter from Jizhou Chunfeng, designed the high grinding and the inking effect is good .

4. For the printing system, in convenient operation, and is equipped with foot switch, convenient to hang version (note this clause belong to the optional $3000.00) in each group.

5. Adopting double pendulum rod transmission structure positioning from high-speed printing machine to fine tune the printing roller pressure, making the printing pressure to achieve the best state .

8. Adopting diaphragm pump automatically inking system, pneumatic inking when pneumatic lift version, and equipped with automatic distributing system. Effectively avoid the bad printing effect which is caused by the ink becoming dry when the machine stops. In the ink-back tube, one inch steel tube is processed with chrome plating which can collect the left ink back to the ink barrels,avoiding the ink leakage phenomenon.

9. Pneumatic brake mechanism can limit the machine to regulate and keep the gear fixed position when the units are separated.
