Leading Edge Feeding

1. Feeding Roller :

1. Two rows of front and back, upper and lower rubber roller to feeding the paperboard with light pressure, light pressure and high friction, effectively prevent the surface paper crushed influence to the printing effect and cardboard strength, to ensure feed accuracy.
2. Feeding rubber roller, adopting the high elasticity resistant rubber casting in high temperature , outer surface and deep groove is processed by grinding, balance correction.

2. Cleaner Device :

1. Cleaning brush sweeps debris on the surface of paperboard , then cardboard surface impurities can be cleaned by impurities resorption , improve the quality of printing.

Pinting unit :

1. Printing Roller

1. Using high-quality steel to make the printing roller, grinding in surface, and surface hard chromium plating processing, the axial direction with the center benchmark scribed line, circumferential direction with hanging plate benchmark scribed line.
2. Dynamic balance adjustment, stable running, adapt to the high-speed operation.
3. Ratchet wheel fixed type plate roller, with hanging version slots, to adapt to rapid change.
4. Planetary wheel phase adjustment with high precision, dynamic& static can do 360 degrees of positive and negative adjustment, encoder control device.
5. Foot switch, convenient to hanging plate.
6. Computer adjustment structure to adjust printing roller in axial direction, the biggest adjustment range is 5 mm.
7. Press the zero button, printing roll back to zero position, convenient operation to change the order, shorten the time of changing order, reduce paper waste.

1. Made of high quality seamless steel tube to refined processing, dynamic balance correction, smooth operation, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
2. Pressing-printing clearance adopts lifter fine-tuning device, fast handle adjustment, dial display, easy to adjust.

Die cutting unit :

1. v Speed difference compensation device, can control the surface linear velocityof rubber roller, (because in use process , the rubber roller diameter is smaller and smaller) compensation device can make the rubber roller linear velocity controlled by cutting die, completely to make the die cutting of the carton, carton and cutting same with die cutting mould.
2. v Rubber mat grinding device, when in the production of die cutting, can set a certain amount, in need of repair rubber mat, can start the repair motor, also at the same time open the host to repair, can make the rubber mat of repeated use, improving the efficiency rubber gasket.
