1. Wire diameter of spring can be made between 2.8mm to 4.0mm,2.8mm - 3.0mm is more suitable for sofa back and the more thickness wire diameters are more suitable for the sofa seat.

2. All of our springs are made of high carbon steel wire 82B or 70#

3. Surface of these springs can be treated with antirust treatment,zinc coating,chrome coating,the origianl color is the cheapest price,other is higher,just according to your needs.

4. Our springs can pass the fatigue test which exceeds 20,000 times is not out of shape.

5. The springs are mainly used in sofa back,sofa seat or couch.

6. We can make the weight of per roll from 2.8kgs to 7kgs.If no special request,normally we make 4kgs/roll,10rolls/bag,packed with knitted bag.

About Zigzag Springs

Zig Zag Springs (also known as No-sag or Serpentine springs are used a lot in modern furniture .
A minimum of 5 springs should be used under each seating area i.e. chair = 5 springs, 2 seater sofa =10 springs. However the more zig zag springs used the firmer the seat. When the zig zag springs are fitted across the seat they should be almost flat with just a slight dome upwards and all the zig zag springs should then be tied into place with laid cord, three rows across a normal size seat. This makes the zig zag springs act as a unit instead of individually, which can cause them to break easier.

About Packing

Normally,our standard packing is 4kgs/roll,10roll/bag,packed with knitted bag.We can make different weights per roll as your request,but we don't suggest total per bag exceeds 40kgs.We also can pack the goods will plywood carton,but there will be extra packing fee.

Payment Term

1. EXW term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid before delivery.

2. FOB & CIF term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid against the copy of documents.
