4.5’ rotary thermal sand dryer machine for all kinds of sand,frac, silica, foundry, construction

This 4.5′ diameter rotary thermal sand drying system is available as a complete plant or individual pieces. It can be customized to meet your needs, but a typical drying system layout would include: feed bin, weigh conveyor, thermal rotary dryer with burner (natural gas, vaporized propane, light or heavy oil), discharge conveyor, cyclone, baghouse with ID fan, connecting ductwork, controls and a control house.

This rotary thermal drying system can be designed as either portable or stationary. The dryer flights can be adjusted to maximize efficiency to accommodate all types of sand: frac, silica, foundry, construction, etc. Rotary thermal dryers are very robust when compared to other drying methods like horizontal fluidized bed dryer, vertical fluidized dryer, vertical tray dryer, spray dryer, or flash dryer.
