1. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most situation, once we get the details information about the box(material, size, printing colors, designs etc), we can provide you with a price quote within 8 hours.

2. What is the lead time?
According to our company process, it will take about 5-7 days for samples, the mass production depends on your quantity.

3. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box/bags?
Yes. As a professional manufacturer we will design and construct the products based on individual customer's needs. All of our bags and boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.

4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine set up cost and shipping freight, we do not accept too small orders. Our minium order quantity is 200pcs.

5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items freely, the freight cost of samples will be collected on your side.

We can also make sample with customized design but client needs pay some sample fee.

6. Shipping Time?

If you choose by courier,like DHL,UPS,FEDEX,etc.It's door to door,usually, 3~5days to arrive.
If you choose by sea to sea port ,uaually, 15 days to Asia and Oceania and 35 days to Eruope and America.
