B: If you have no idea at all then please advise the detail of your products then our pre-sale service team will help you to make a customized proposal and concept drawing.

Q:Can sample fee be refunded?

Yes, sample fee is refundable when order placed.

Q:How will you ship the sample?

A:Please provide your DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account number for quick delivery service.
B:If you don't have an account number then please pre-paid the courier cost and we will delivery via our express agent, which will be cheaper than official air express but a little slower.

Q:What's the lead time for a sample and mass production?

Sample: 3-5 days
Productdion: 7-15 days accordingly to the quantity.

Q:What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?

Actually we don't have MOQ, you can order whatever quantity you need.
But we suggest you to order 200 units to get a low price.

Q:Why the price is much better when I order more?

Because a custom-made display will have much fixed costs no mater you order 100 or 10,000,these fixed costs allocate to each unit so the price will be much lower for higher quantity.

Q:What format of artwork should I provide for printing?

Please provide AI,PDF,PSD with high resolution grapihc.It must be CMYK instead of RGB.

Q:How do you control quality?

We have QA/QC team to control every process including incoming quality control,process control,and finished product inspection,to ensure your display/packaging is in high quality.

Q:Does your factory have co-pack service?

Yes,we can help you to assemble display, pack your products in the display and ship them together.

Q:Can you ship our displays to door?

Yes,we have global logistics partner that can help to deliver your goods to all over the world by sea/air /truck in time. We can offer price based on EXW, FOB or CIF.
