2. Rubber Track Introduction:

The rubber track is usually an annular body formed by compression molding and vulcanization of rubber, core gold, and cord material.

Pattern: The geometry of the outer layer of the rubber track.

Pattern Side Adhesive: The outer side of the rubber track, which is opposite to the ground when walking. Side rubber: The inner rubber of the rubber track, which is opposite to the runner when walking.

Steel Core: The part of the rubber track that transmits power, guidance, and lateral support.

Strong layer: The skeleton layer in the rubber track that bears tension and transmits power, usually steel cord (rope) and other materials.

Pitch: The center distance between adjacent two-steel corein a flat portion of a rubber track.

3. Notice on using

The rubber track should be frequently maintained and cleaned after excessive use of sediment and chemicals. Otherwise it will accelerate the rubber track wear and corrosion.
In summary, as long as the user care about the rubber tracks, the crawler life will be extended accordingly.Adjust the tension of the rubber crawler so that the height, the variable range is 10-20mm when the machine is lifted. Readjust when the tension decreases. (Be careful because the rubber crawler may come off if the tension is too low).Avoid projection from the frame around the rubber crawler, especially on its inner circumference. (Rubber crawlers are easily deformed; If it comes into contact with the frame, an accident such the rubber being cut can occur). Avoid sharp projections when traveling. Avoid turning too fast on concrete roads with a high coefficient of frction because this can cause accidents such as cutting the rubber.Be careful that no oil, etc adheres to the rubber track. If it does, wipe it off immediately. When storing for long periods, keep indoors, away from direct sunshine and rain.
Replace as soon as possible when abrasion of sprockets is observed

4. Warranty

Rubber Tracks are manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards and are supplied with
a warranty covering manufacturing defects provided the products are used in normal working
conditions and in accordance with OEM recommendations. Incorrect fitment of a rubber track
including tensioning can result in the premature failure of the track and will void the warranty.
Regular cleaning of the drive system – sprocket, idler and rollers – as well as the track is highly
recommended to obtain maximum track life.
The track warranty which runs from date of purchase period varies according to track type. We

guarantee one year under normal use.

Rubber Tracks are not warranted against wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by
non-recommended working conditions including but not limited to use on demolition sites or
other site where track damage is likely due to rubble, concrete, metal etc, use in water, worn
undercarriage components or improper track adjustment.
