LX Type Workshop Single Beam Overhead Crane , Single Girder Overhead Travelling Crane
LX Model Single Beam Suspension Overhead Crane is a light duty crane adopts unique design which can be in suspension. It features flexible structure and reliable and safe operation.
Main structure:
The crane is composed with main beam which welded by steel plate and I-steel, end beam, electric hoist and electric travelling trolley.
Its crane traveling mechanism is in contrast with LD Model cranes’, adopts upside down form, suspended in the I-steel track which installed on the factory building rail surface, has cantilever length of 0.5 ~ 1m.
The crane is equipped with a specific electric hoist; the hoist travels along the bottom flange of the main beam I-steel, complete the lifting work.
Main features and applied occasions:
The crane characterized flexible structure, reliable operation;
reduce the lifting space and easy maintenance.
It is applicable in places with small space height, the occasion
which the manufacturing technique has special requirements or the
factories and warehouses where the height from the rail surface to
the lower edge of the truss is equal to or shorter than 500mm. It
is widely used in many warehouses, factories and many other places.

Safety features:
1. Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the
crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
2. Emergency brake: If the operation staff encounter some emergency
situation, we could start the emergency brake system to protection
the related treasure.
3. Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any
injure to the operation staff
