The equipment is a single-blade hydraulic glue cutting machine, mainly composed of cutting knife, frame,

working cylinder, raw rubber raceway and hydraulic system.When the equipment works, the raw rubber

block is placed under the cutter, and the cutter is made to cut the raw rubber block into small rubber blocks

for rubber refining by using the pressure of hydraulic cylinder.The smaller the rubber block cut, the smaller

the resistance to the plasticator, greatly improve the speed and efficiency of plasticator, achieve the goal

of saving electricity, saving labor, reducing energy consumption, but also reduce the damage of plasticator

equipment, extend the service life.This machine adopts the unloading valve control, the pressure and

theflow rate change with the load change, saves the energy consumption.
