The die sets for the 2D4B cold heading machine generally includes: first die, second die, first punch, third punch, fourth punch, cutter knife, shear die and punch pin. In fact, a complete set of dies also includes some accessories, such as springs, spring seats, gaskets and so on.

All our Segmented Hex Dies are made by high-precision fixture with imported tungsten steel and advanced hot pressing process. It has improved the defect of swelling on the side and emerging the six strips under normal use.
