We can supply process design, equipment installation, commissioning and operational training can be provided for the 10-200 ton/day solid sodium silicate production line. The fuel can be natural gas, oil or coal.The main raw materials for solid sodium silicate production are soda ash and quartz sand. The process is slurry preparation, firing and melting.

Main equipment: furnace main body(molten pool, regenerator, flue, chimney),burner system, formed chain plate machine,feeding system, slurry preparation, control system.
