Maintenance precautions

• Oil pump use No. 7 hydraulic oil (mechanical oil) requirements: the thinner the better.

• The oil storage capacity must be above the oil window.

• At each refueling and oil change, more than 80 mesh oil filter screen must be used to filter, the oil tank must be cleaned when replacement. The oil change period is six months.

• The working oil temperature is 10 to 50 degrees Celsius.

• Before starting the electric pump, open the air nut and put the switch in the unloading position.

• If the motor temperature is found to be too high in the course of operation, it should be stopped. Use after self - cooling.

• The pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory. It is not allowed to be arbitrarily high profile.When it needs to be adjusted again, it must be carried out with the help of the pressure gauge.

• The tubing came out of the factory and passed 105MPA test. However, due to the easy aging of the rubber hose, users need to check frequently, usually for six months. If frequently used, for three months. During the inspection, 87.5MPA test pressure is required.If there is damage, bulge or leakage, it cannot be used.

• Bearings are generally cleaned once every six months, and grease should be added during assembly.
