BPP series of internal-expanding pipe beveling machine is the pipe processing equipment independently developed by our company based on the market and prospect of the pipe service industry. The products are portable, precise, efficientand in modular design, fully meeting customer demands. It's designed for simultaneous facing and beveling tubes and pipes (including carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel) from 12.5mm to 240mm I.D. up to a wall thickness of 0.75" (18mm).
■ Portability: Our BPP series are packed with suitcase, which is convenient for carrying and allows you to finish processing outdoors.
■ Quick installation: After being taken out from the suitcase, the machine will be ready only by positioning it at the center of the pipe through the ratchet wrench and equipping it with a suitable cutter. The process will not exceed 3 minutes. The machine will start to work after pressing down the motor button.
■ Safety and reliability: Through multi-stage deceleration by the internal bevel gear of the angle grinder, the planetary reducer and the internal bevel gear of the main shell, the machines can operate under slow rotating speed while keeping large torque, which makes the beveled end smooth and flat and in high quality, and extends the service of the cutter.

The tools attached to the products upon delivery are all made of high-speed steel and applicable to process all types of carbon steel. Their types are the five tools in the above diagram.

■ Before operation, please carefully check for loose connections, blocked rotating parts, or any damage and other factors that may affect the operation or lead to hidden dangers.
■ The applicable scope of the machine should be strictly followed for pipe processing.
■ Do not touch electric switches and buttons with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
■ Before operation, ensure the operators are kept away from any live part such as motors and cables.
■ The machines should not be operated outdoors when it rains.
■ Before disassembly or replacement of cutting tools, please ensure the machines are cooled down to the safety temperature to prevent from burning.
■ It is strictly forbidden to transform the machines or replace accessories with those not produced by the original manufacturer without approval.
