Description:

• Wide Application

Low bed trailer is also called construction machine semi-trailer and is produced with the concave beam frame. Machineries used in road and bridge engineering like tractor shovel, road roller or indecomposable goods can be transported.

• Carbon Steel Chassis

The chassis is made of Q345B carbon steel and formed by forging presses. The tensile strength of high-strength steel is higher than the manganese steel. In the same strength, the weight of Q345B is lighter than common semi-trailer. Therefore, the repair cost is decreased and the life length is extended.

Advantages:

• Space Frame

The frame of the trailer is reasonably welded by longitudinal beam, crossbeam, and steel members. The space frame can bear load.

• Radial Tire

Radial tires with small diameter and high load are used to lower the center of gravity. Each tire can bear about 4ton load when the trailer is moving slowly.

• Brake System

The dual line pneumatic brake system has the advantages below:

Valid exothermicity: The disc with heat sink has large specific heat capacity and can be frequently used.

Wide torque range: Torque ratio varies between 1:15 and 1:880.

Fire safety: The electric spark won’t generate without electronic components.
