• Main Application

The double layer thermal insulation tank trailer made of carbon steel is qualified for transporting a variety of non-corrosive chemical liquid, since the inner and outer of the tank is painted with anti-corrosion coatings. Usually, the tank is fixed on the chassis by the steel belt.

Advantages:

• Trailer Protection

The side and rear protective devices are made by Q235A. Side protective devices are coupled with the trailer by screw bolts, while the coupling between rear protective devices and the frame is completed by welding.

• Insulation Material

50mm fiber glass or polyurethane is used for heat insulating.

Fiber glass is the inorganic non-metallic material and has many advantages like superior insulativity, heat resistance, corrosion-proof, high compressive strength.

Radical groups in the polyurethane macromolecule are polar groups. Moreover, polyether or polyester flexible chain is involved in the macromolecule. Polyurethane has the following features:

1) high compressive strength, oxidation stability

2) high flexibility, elastic resilience

3) oil resistance, solvent resistance, water resistance, fire resistance
