1. Raw Material Supplier Selection: Supplier Evaluation,Supplier Management- Process Audit, Vendor Compliance etc.

2. Service Quality Control: Lead time control on layout issue, sample, MP, delivery, after-sales service.

3. Inspection on samples&MP, product testing: color test, load - bearing test, bursting strength test, drop test etc.

4. Production: QC inspection in-producing, sample collection, order audit.

5. Delivery: Carry out QC inspection when products leave warehouse.

The QC works start with inspection on incoming materials , quality, continues with storage , inventory, packaging and shipping.
