Introudction of DST Select tester valve

The select tester valve is a full bore annulus pressure operated tool used for drill stem testing operation in cased holes. The tester valve has the capabilities of taking multiple downhole closures where pipe manipulation is restricted and a full opening string is desired. This tool has the same basic features of the 15K LPR-N Tester Valve plus additional features that include:

* The ability to lock the ball valve in the open position at any point during the test.

*The ability to reactivate the tool for normal operations.

The select tester valve is composed of four basic sections; ball valve assy., upper hydraulic section, nitrogen section and the metering part.

• Incorporates advanced materials and processes providing a unique metal-to-metal seal for exceptional gas-holding capabilities

• Has undergone extensive five-day qualification testing at 400°F and 15,000 psi including a 16,500 psi burst and collapse test

• Allows operator to reverse out/circulate to the lowest point of circulation below the Select Tester valve.

• This facilitates well kill operations, saving both time and cost.
