Features of Rotary Uncoiler

• The uncoiler is of the structure of double expansion and cantilever mandrels. It contains two main parts: main body and the fixed base. The main body is equipped with pneumatic system to satisfy the needs of expanding, contracting and braking of the mandrels. One cone is working, the other is preparing, then turn 180 degree to work .
• For the decoiler, the mianly work is for supporting the coil. For some small machine, coil is quite light and easy to change. Meanwhile the customer does not have machine working speed requirements then choosing the manula decoiler is the right option.
• For the manual decoiler it is quite cheaper compared with motor decoiler and hydraulic decoiler. But the manual decoiler can not supply power and motor to the machine. Meanwhile for chaning coil, you need to do all the work mnanual.
