Usage:

used for battery test at high altitude and low voltage.It should be tested for 6h under negative pressure of 11.6kPa(1.68psi).Battery qualified without explo-

sion,fire,smoke and leakage.Automatic control of test period(like 6h).Monitor inside voltage change throughout.Test finish when achieving the objective.

Structure and Feature:

1. External:high end A3 painted steel sheet with firmcoating and anti-rust capability.

2. Internal:good quality SUS304# stainless steel sheet with fire and corrosion proof and easy cleaning Teflon tape to protect the chamber ultimately.

3. Filling material:ultrafine aluminum silicate wool

4. Front opening double-layer toughened glass viewing window

5. Automatic control of air input and output and constant voltage.Chamber door uses high temperature resistant sillica gel bar which ensure a fine air-proof effectiveness and constant vacuum degree.
