Both cap and assembly bolt are hot galvanized , zinc thickness meet related IEC and ASTM standard requirement

2 Porcelain the insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C120 or C130 , It depends on different mechanical requirement . the porcelain surface covered a layer of hard and shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white .

3 Cement excellent Portland cement make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and the quality more reliable .

Applications:

Suitable for distribution lines up to 24KV . The insulator can be used as vertical position, the insulator top is assembled with aluminum clamps to hold and support conductors.
