2) This kind of hollow insulator specially used for dust percipitators , because of specially working temperature requirement , so the insulator must withstand Min.400℃ . normal porcelain can't reach this level . When we make insulator component design , the Al2O3 percentage must be above 60% .

so it leads to firing temperature must be more than 1300℃ ,the related production cost will increase much also .

3) the applicable standard is IEC standard .
