Description:

1. Adopted ceramic heaters, high-quality thermocontrollers, air-cooling blowers, inverter speed adjusting or DC speed adjusting, and screw core cooling. For calibrating table adopted special cooling system, which can guarantee the high cooling effective. For haul-off machine adopted special lifting technology, which works stably with big haul-off force. Cutting machine works together with extrusion line synchronously, installed with length-setting unit, which can guarantee trim and high-speed cutting, uniform length of cutting.

2. Extruder screw adopts special design with efficient mixing function and high plasticizing capacity. Coat-hanger die uses double throttling design to make sheet thickness accurate. Temperature can be precisely controlled within ±1 °C. Three-roll calender: horizontal, vertical or tilted arrangement, adjustable roll gap. Independent roller temperature control system is able to make sheet thickness uniformity. Winder is equipped with high quality torque motor,it can adjust rewinding speed and tension. This sheet production line has automatic meter counter to set the length of sheet.

3. All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance, its vibration resistant effect if good. All series of products have property of weathering proof, its luster may remain forever, it is not easy to be ageing. This product is light, storage & transport, construction are rather convenient.
