The multi-layer pipe production line which is very popular now, take the 3-layer pipe production line for example, the inner and outer layers use new raw material, and the middle layer uses recycled plastic(+ fiber glass material), this design highly increases the strength and tensile of pipes, at the same time lower the production cost.

1. The involute gear driving is characterized by low noise,stable running,big bearing capacity and long service life.
2. Screw structure can be customized based on different plastic material.

3. Some material need air exhaust, we can add air exhaust system to guarantee there is no bubble in the material.

4. The motor uses SIEMENS brand, to guarantee longer service time.

5. The inverter adopts ABB brand, so the machine can work more stable.

6. The extruder using the special designed single screw making the product foaming well.
7. Screw material: High quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA, after high-temperature nitriding, nitriding deepth: 0.5-07mm, the surface hardness HV740-940.
8. Barrel temperature control though two section, the cast aluminum ring heater provide the hot temperature while the cooling fan with the help of air control the temperature zone.

9. The reduction box adopt the Germany technical which have long life span, low noise and lower hot.
10. The control panel: AC/DC motor ,SIMENS contactor.
