Track Punching system

• Base on customer provide punching drawing, this machine need adopt 2 units hydraulic punching system
• Servo motor: 4.4KW

• Working pressure:25Mpa adjustable
• The punches and dollies will be CR-12, hardness HRC 58-62.
• When punch the sheet, the roll forming part will stop. The punching system will punch the sheet and go forward itself to punch all the holes on the sheet.
• After punch all the holes, the sheet will go forward to cut.

Hydraulic cutting

• Cutting mode: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length with stop
• Uses two hydraulic cylinders for operation shall include a flow regulator to achieve a uniform lowering knife.
