How to install the Self Adhesive Insulation Pins

1, Clean the surface: Work surfaces should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter.
2,Peel off backing:Remove the protective release paper taking care not to touch the adhesive.
3, stick pin in place: Place the hanger in the required position and press the base against the surface to be insulated
4 ,pressure the pin and wait 15-20 minutes,
5.Install insulation and secure with self locking washer

WIPE SURFACE CLEAN.Anchor should be applied to a clean, dry non-porous surface
PEEL OFF RELEASE BACKING.NOTE: Double faced foam tape has a one-year active shelf life
STICK ANCHOR IN PLACE.Select location before contact with surface.Press firmly



APPLY FIRM PRESSURE.20 pounds of pressure should be applied all around the base of the anchor
ALLOW TO STAND 15-20 MINUTES.This will permit better adhesion to take place
