Introduction of Product Features

1. Material: This mold part is made of mold steel PD613 from Japan, which is one of the materials of being commonly used in our factory. We promise that if you need to provide proof of material, we can meet your needs. And we have other kinds of materials to be used.

2. Machining: The processes of the mold parts is precision surface grinding and edm machining. there are other manufacturings, such as : CNC turning, CNC milling, wire cutting and so on.

3. Surface finish: In our factory, surface treatments mainly include mirror polishing, pvd coating, dlc coating and so on. And as to the EDM spare parts, there is nothing treatment. Whether to do surface treatment or not, it depends on customers' need.

5. Applied software: Although Kingrui only accepts customization, we still use some design software in the actual work, such as CAD, UG,etc.
