1. Material: SUS440B, It is a stainless steel imported from Japan and used in surgical knives and wear resistant parts

2. Machining: For this CNC machined component, was finished by three processing technologies, Namely, surface grinding and precision Sodick EDM and punching formaing processing. Have to say about the punch processing, the processing is pure manual operation, need staff care and patience to persist for a long time.

3. Machined Equipements: Japan mitsubishi mirror EDM machine, surface grinder and punching formaing machine. And in our factory, there are other processing equipments, such as:

• wire- edm machines
• punch forming machines
• CNC milling machines,
• internal- external lapping machines,
• centerless grinder and so on.

4. Surface finish: As for surface treatment, we list as follows:

• mirror polishing
