Operation Principle
To reduce the friction resistance between the relative motions in the engine parts, reduce the wear and tear of parts, the engine oil has been transported to the moving parts of friction surface, forming oil film, for lubrication. The oil itself contains a certain amount of colloid, impurities, moisture and additives. In engine working process, there’ll be form metal abrasive dust, air impurity and engine oil oxide; it will cause the engine oil impurity to be more. If the oil is not filtered, directly into the oil way, the oil contained impurities will be into the friction surface. That will speed up the process of wear parts; reduce the service life of the engine. Oil filter is used to filter impurities contained in the oil, pectin and water, clean oil to the lubrication parts.

Installation and Replacing period
1. Drain or blot up the old engine oil.
2. Unscrew the fixed screws, demount the old oil filter.
3. In the new oil filter to oil the seal ring.
4. Install new oil filter and use wrench to tighten the filter.
5. Advising the replacing period is 5000-10000 kilometers.
