Purpose:

Apply for headphone do extension (flexible) life test. Clamping the headphone on left/right fixture, drawing together and release together, the testing stroke can be adjustable, after mana times, check the headphone band damage status.

1; adopt MGCS TFT7 true-color LCD + Mitsubishi PLC controller, can set pull up stroke, test speed, test times;

2; adopt Japan Panasonic servo motor driver, high speed & low noise, working stable, quality reliable;

3; can test 6sets for one time, high efficient, pull up stroke can be adjustable (set on touchable screen), can use Velcro and positioning fixture to fit

the headphone.
