Brief Introduction:

Mining belt conveyor produced by Lipu can be operated in the temperature situation ranging from -20°C to +50°C. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 70°C. Mining belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, standardized components, etc.

It is widely used in mining, metallurgy and coal industry to convey bulk materials or piece materials.

According to different requirement, it can be operated either in single unit or multiple units.

The length of the belt conveyor is limitless. We can design and manufacture it according to customers’ special requirement.

Types of Mining Belt Conveyor:

1. Divided by driving method:

a. TD Mechanical Drive: it’s driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor) and chain-drive mechanism.

b. TDJ II Mechanical Drive Series. It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanism.

c. TD-Electric Rotor Drive Series: It’s driven by electric rotor.

2. Divided by installation method:

a. Fixed Series: it’s directly installed on foundation.

b. SDY-Portable Series: it can be easily and freely moved and the capacity can be adjusted.

3. Divided by structure:

The belt conveyor has three different structures: U-steel, frame, and truss.
